Terms of Location-Based Service

1. Location-Based Services: We can use your location data(meaning " any data that is derived from a device and that is used or intended to be used to locate a consumer within a geographic area that is equal to or less than the area of a circle with a radius of”) information to show state and city on your profile page and on the contents that you have created.
2. Fees for Location-Based Services: We do not charge users for location-based services, but data charges may be incurred when you are using location-based services.
3. Your Rights: We collect, use and share your location information only when Bucketplace have received your consent prior to using our service and only when it is pursuant to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. You can control whether your device shares precise location information with Ohouse app via Location Services, a setting on your mobile device. You can always delete the location information that you have given us. .
4. Minors: If you are under the age of 13, please do not attempt to register for Ohouse app or provide personal information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
5. Grounds for, and Retention of Data Confirming the Usage of Location-Based Information: We automatically record and store data verifying the use of location-based information pursuant to applicable laws and retain the data in accordance with our Privacy Policy We will retain personal information in connection with your account while you maintain a Ohouse account, you may review and/or remove your posts on Ohouse app (including any location information included in your posts) If you want to stop using your account you may delete it. When you delete your account from Ohouse, it is permanently deleted from the Ohouse app and the personal information is securely destroyed by technical means that renders it unusable. When you remove information from your profile or delete your account, copies of that information may remain viewable elsewhere to the extent it has been shared with others, it was otherwise distributed pursuant to your privacy settings, or it was copied or stored by other users.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: Any dispute related to the Location-Based Services,
• shall be settled in accordance with the law of the Republic of Korea,
• and may be brought to Seoul Central District Court.
